This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Information when you visit our Website. By “Personal Information”, we mean any information about an individual that identifies or can identify that individual personally - full name, personal contact numbers, residential address, email address, gender or date of birth to respond to queries and requests. It does not include information where the identity of individuals has been removed (i.e., anonymous data).

Our Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern all use of our Services and, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute your agreement with us (the “Agreement”).
- Platform Tools including Metadome.ai Cloud Editor, which Users use to create, collaborate and publish Metadome.ai hosted WebAR and immersive reality experiences using Metadome.ai Hosting Services (“Hosting Services” means the components of our Services that enable Users to create and publish third-party content hosted on servers registered/leased to Metadome.ai), and conversation bot powered by AI agents that leverages data, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) to understand, respond, and take action. This bot is equipped with tools to reply to a customer query via channels like web chat, email, text messages, WhatsApp.
- SDKs like our AR Engine, which Users use to create Self-Hosted and app-based experiences (“Self Hosted” means the components of our Services that enable Users to create and publish Third-Party content hosted on their servers).
- APIs that are integrated into User projects and platforms.
- Metadome.ai developed AR and VR experiences like those found in our Project Library or those used for marketing and support purposes which Users use as a resource to learn and develop from or to experience AR and VR.
- Marketing and Communications like our Metadome.ai website, which Users use to learn more about WebAR, WebVR, and Metadome.ai, our newsletter, and other email communication and documentation used to provide marketing and support of our Services. These marketing and communications may feature First-Party and Third-Party content.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE COLLECT THEM
- We collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, address and any other information provided through forms, account registration, or customer service inquiries.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction with the website, date and time of access. information about the links clicked and pages viewed within the Website, and other standard server log information may be collected automatically by visiting the Website.

Privacy for Developers
As a Developer, by registering for a Metadome.ai account, we receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, through the registration process and/or through your account settings, we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and employer. Certain information may be required to register with us or to take advantage of our Services.
We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us with the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you Metadome.ai marketing and promotional emails, or email you about your account and use of our Services. We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps improve our communications with you and makes them more interesting.
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect or receive certain information about your device and usage of our Services (collectively "Service Usage Data"). In some (but not all) countries, including countries in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), this information is considered Personal Information under applicable data protection laws. We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you depending on your use of Metadome.ai or its products or services, which we have grouped together below:

- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of Metadome.ai products or services you have purchased from us.

You may request the deletion of your account by contacting Metadome.ai. Some information may remain in our records after you delete your account. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporate your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
For Developers and Visitors, certain Laws require us to indicate whether we honor "Do Not Track" settings in your browser. Metadome.ai adheres to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests based on the device type and the service you may be using.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or use Personal Information in any manner that would allow us to identify, contact, or profile anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for our Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. How do we collect your personal information or data?

- If Developers have the ability to access, edit and delete the data within their Metadome.ai account.

We retain IP addresses and device data collected from End Users using First-Party or Third-Party Content created using our Services for 60 days but no more than a year post the user exit.

The collection of Personal Information as described above will depend on the information and the context in which we collect it.
We will typically collect and use Personal Information from you where the processing of it is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data-protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Metadome.ai operates in the United States as well as in India with the legal names Adloid Technologies Inc and Adloid Technologies Private Limited, respectively. Since our servers and offices are located in the United States and India, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or India. Retargeting
Google
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise Metadome.ai across the Internet, particularly on the Google Display Network. We also use the remarketing feature of Google Analytics for the same purpose.
AdWords remarketing and the Remarketing feature of Google Analytics will display ads to you based on what parts of the Metadome.ai website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.
This cookie does not identify you or give your computer or mobile device access.

Mailchimp

- Platform Tools including Metadome.ai Cloud Editor, which Users use to create, collaborate and publish Metadome.ai hosted WebAR and immersive reality experiences using Metadome.ai Hosting Services (“Hosting Services” means the components of our Services that enable Users to create and publish third-party content hosted on servers registered/leased to Metadome.ai), and conversation bot powered by AI agents that leverages data, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) to understand, respond, and take action. This bot is equipped with tools to reply to a customer query via channels like web chat, email, text messages, WhatsApp.
- SDKs like our AR Engine, which Users use to create Self-Hosted and app-based experiences (“Self Hosted” means the components of our Services that enable Users to create and publish Third-Party content hosted on their servers).
- APIs that are integrated into User projects and platforms.
- Metadome.ai developed AR and VR experiences like those found in our Project Library or those used for marketing and support purposes which Users use as a resource to learn and develop from or to experience AR and VR.
- Marketing and Communications like our Metadome.ai website, which Users use to learn more about WebAR, WebVR, and Metadome.ai, our newsletter, and other email communication and documentation used to provide marketing and support of our Services. These marketing and communications may feature First-Party and Third-Party content.
Our Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern all use of our Services and, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute your agreement with us (the “Agreement”).
1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE COLLECT THEM
1.1. We collect the following types of information:
1.1.1 Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, address and any other information provided through forms, account registration, or customer service inquiries.

10.2 The period of retention will vary depending on the amount, nature, and sensitivity of Personal Information involved but generally, this decision is shaped by the following criteria:

10.1.2 If we have a legal or contractual need to retain the data.
10.1.3 If you have the ability to access, edit and delete the data within your Metadome.ai account.
10.1.4 If you would reasonably expect that we would retain the data until you remove it or until your Metadome.ai account is closed or terminated.
10.3 We retain IP addresses and device data collected from you using first-party or third-party content created using our Services for 60 days but no more than a year post the user exit.
10.4 After the expiration of the applicable retention periods, we will either delete or anonymize your Personal Information.
- CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from minors.
