3D Project Manager
The 3D Project Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of 3D projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional quality. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical knowledge of 3D design and production processes.
● Lead and manage 3D projects, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
● Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
● Coordinate and guide a multidisciplinary team of 3D artists, designers, and developers.
● Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
● Ensure the quality and consistency of all 3D deliverables, adhering to industry standards and client expectations.
● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
● Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
● Manage resource allocation and workflow to optimize team productivity.
● Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design andproduction
● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Animation, 3D Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● Experience: 3+ years of experience managing 3D projects in a creative ortechnical environment.
● Strong understanding of 3D modelling, rendering, and animation pipelines.
● Proficiency with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender/3Ds Max/Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Z-brush (bonus). Blender experience ispreferred).
● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and experience with AR/VR.
● Strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire and manage creative teams effectively.
● Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
