Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with additional responsibilities as an Account Manager. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, while also nurturing and managing relationships with existing clients. 1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email
campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively prioritize them for the closure team,
2. Sales Outreach:
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
3. CRM Management:
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation and demo scheduling activities.
4. Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Effectively communicate product benefits to both potential clients.
5. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the closure team to share insights, feedback, and best practices.
• Work closely with marketing to align strategies for lead generation.
6. Metrics and Targets:
• Meet and exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation,
conversion rates, and revenue targets.
7. Continuous Improvement:
• Actively seek feedback and participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
• Proven experience in sales development and lead generation. (2-4 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
