Senior Manager - IT

We seek a highly motivated Senior Manager – IT responsibilities, a critical role in strategizing, implementing, and managing IT operations and security frameworks to ensure the company’s infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organisational goals, enabling smooth technological operations and innovative solutions

Key Responsibilities:
1.IT Strategy and Leadership
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization’s
business objectives.Guidance to leadership on IT and Information Security (IS) processes, operations, and compliance.
2.Information Security Governance
Design and enforce policies, standards, and guidelines to maintain data security and integrity.
3.Oversee security reviews, audits, and compliance assessments
(e.g., ISO 27001).Manage third-party and vendor risk assessments to ensure adherence to security protocols.
4.Infrastructure Management and Optimization
Supervise IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions effectively.Implement proactive measures for cyber threat protection and disaster recovery.
5.Cybersecurity Operations
Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.Led the Security Operations Center (SOC) team for threat hunting, incident management, and forensic analysis. Evaluate security tools and technologies, ensuring robust defence mechanisms against cyber threats.
6.Team Development and Training
Mentor and manage IT and security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Implement security awareness programs to enhance compliance and reduce risks.
7.Cost Management and Efficiency
Prepare and manage budgets for IT operations, optimizing resource allocation and reducing costs.
8.Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT
operations and security processes.

Requirements:
1.Proficiency in tools like VMware, DevSecOps, SWG, SASE, SIEM, and more.
2.Strong knowledge of IT Security Governance, Audit, and Compliance.
3.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
4.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
5.Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
