MG strategically placed inventoryless dealerships in high-foot-traffic areas frequented by their target audience. To overcome the high real-estate costs, they partnered with Metadome.ai to create MG StudioZ, a small-sized experience center with immersive XR zones for potential customers.
With the implementation of MG StudioZ, MG increased test drive conversion to 32.2% with a massive 9-minute 25-second average time spent on the XR experience. Overall, MG was able to increase its retail conversion rate to 9%.
